Case Study – Airlie Beach Hotel Cocktail Flyers
The Airlie Beach Hotel is located on the Esplanade, in the centre of Airlie Beach, a tourism hotspot and gateway to the Whitsunday islands. Locals and tourists alike flock to the Airlie Beach Hotel’s various accommodation and dining options.
As a recently refurbished four-star property who has been trading since 1968, the Airlie Beach Hotel has a proud heritage with a modern touch. Their brand is casual, yet sophisticated and with such a longstanding local reputation in a competitive tourism market, it’s important to them to present professional print collateral in all areas of the property.

The Process
The Airlie Beach Hotel’s Bar Manager and team recently launched a craft cocktail menu. Inspired by their beachside location and local produce and designed to showcase the team’s creativity and flair, we were asked to produce a special series of flyers.
It was important that the beverages were showcased alongside the Airlie Beach Hotel’s own brand in a way that encouraged both locals and guests to indulge.
The Airlie Beach Hotel supplied approved, print ready artwork and we were able to immediately start working.
The Print & Delivery Process
We opted for coated paper to give the flyers longevity in a busy bar and hotel environment. Our 4-colour offset printing press was able to efficiently print a quality finish flyer. A celloglaze and diecut finish ensured that the flyers emulated the luxury indulgence that the cocktail menu inspires.
The Airlie Beach Hotel has always appreciated the lengths that Southport Print Co. goes to ensure client satisfaction in an efficient and affordable way. While we can coordinate overnight delivery to Airlie Beach, as this wasn’t an urgent job, we dispatched the finished product via 2-3 day delivery.
