Our digital printing, offset printing and large format printing services are supported by the latest pre-press technology and we continually upgrade our Adobe Creative Cloud & EFI Fiery RIP to supply PDF and hard copy proofs for all projects as requested.
Turnaround of Print Jobs
At Southport Printing Co. we are focused on being responsive to client’s needs. We understand that often print jobs are urgent and we do what it takes to ensure that customers print jobs are turned around as fast as possible. Our couriers are out and about in Robina, Surfers Paradise, Runaway Bay, Ashmore and other Gold Coast and Brisbane suburbs multiple times a day delivering print jobs straight from the print room to our customers. We also offer a pickup service if you prefer to collect them yourself.
Accuracy of Artwork is a Priority
Is your time wasted having to communicate back and forth with your graphic designer? Our highly experienced graphic artists are trained to pay particular attention to detail so that our customers time is not wasted. A key to this is that we always draft a detailed brief prior to starting any artwork. This document is an important communication tool between customers and our design team as it also assists in reducing the back and forth with your allocated graphic designer.
Attention to detail also goes into delivering accurate proofs to customers. All files are double checked by our prepress team prior to being sent off to clients. Upon approval, they are checked again to ensure that there are no errors prior to execution.
Guided Through From Beginning to End
Every single job that comes into Southport Printing Co. is allocated to a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager then takes that job from the initial call right through to the point of delivery. It is not uncommon to see the sales team down in the print room checking jobs that are coming off the machines for quality control. This single point of contact is an old-fashioned sales strategy that is proven to ensure that output is of a consistently high level. Our Sales Managers are the extension of your team right here amongst ours.
