Our Sales Team will come to you anywhere on the Gold Coast, but we also have clients all over Australia. If you don’t have time for face to face meetings, you can make use of our cloud technology to share artwork and proofs. You’ll still get the same professional, polite and cheerful service if you deal with us remotely.
Our dream for client satisfaction only works with a happy team. We are a proudly family owned and operated business and we don’t just employ staff, we welcome workers into our extended family. We never miss a birthday celebration in the office or factory, our staff are encouraged to walk to someone’s desk to have a conversation rather than send an email and technology is not invited when we are in the board room.

We have a dedicated, professional team of Sales Managers whose job is to make sure you have a great experience. We take the time to understand your business and your objectives and tailor options and packages to suit.
We understand that aspects of printing can be complicated and we are committed to discussing your project in simple, concise language. Our dedicated sales managers will take the time to listen to exactly what you would like to achieve from your print job and make a recommendation on paper and print finishes.
Our Sales Team will act like an extended member of your staff, working with you every step of the way. We care about your results so make sure we’re guiding you with unbiased advice through the whole process from brief to delivering the final product. We won’t try and sell you the most expensive option if it doesn’t genuinely meet your needs.

Through customer education and listening to your needs, we strive to make each job that comes through the factory to be delivered exactly how you expected that it would be. Part of the process that we use is a detailed briefing process. This results in the correct questions getting asked along the way to assist with your expectations getting met.
Demonstrating Design Terminology
We know the printing industry and all our terminology and jargon so well we can probably recite it in our sleep – but we don’t expect you to. We won’t bamboozle you by listing all the different types of paper available, we’ll make recommendations that suit your needs.
We’ve even designed our own Southport Printing Co. Look Book so we can show you what we’re talking about. Each page in this 24-page booklet is printed on a different stock so you can feel the weights of each paper as you talk through the options with your Sales Manager. The Look Book also features foil samples that add a bit of sparkle to any print job and are available in an array of colours.
